A booking is confirmed only after the client receives a written confirmation from Nexuvia Travel. This confirmation will include details of the itinerary, services, and costs.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before the specified due date.
Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified by Nexuvia Travel.
Prices quoted at the time of booking are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control. Any increase in cost will be communicated to the client, and the client will have the option to cancel or proceed with the booking at the revised price.
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by Nexuvia Travel.

In rare cases, Nexuvia Travel may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund or an alternative travel option.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Nexuvia Travel can assist with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval.
Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other potential risks. Nexuvia Travel offers travel insurance services as an option.
Nexuvia Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by these service providers.
Nexuvia Travel is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Nexuvia Travel is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
We take appropriate measures to secure and protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
